Terms and conditions
These terms describe what a Click means within I WAS HERE. — The One Million Project.
What you acquire
After payment is confirmed, your account is assigned the purchased number or numbers within the project. A Click gives you the contractual place represented by that number and the profile features offered for your confirmed Click total, under these terms. The number is a project identifier, not an asset outside the project.
Not an investment
Buying a Click is participation in this digital project. It is not an investment or financial product. We do not promise any return, appreciation, income or profit.
No official resale market
The project does not operate an official resale market for Clicks and does not promise that a Click can be resold. Purchases do not create an expectation of liquidity or a resale price.
No ownership of the internet
Buying a number does not transfer ownership of the internet, the project domain, website, software, servers or any other infrastructure or intellectual property.
Assignment and account
Numbers are assigned only after a confirmed purchase. The assignment is linked to your account and its place in the project. If the account is deleted, its Clicks are released and may be assigned to someone else. The displayed profile content is subject to the site's profile rules and your visibility choice.
Your legal rights
